Remove Textnow Account Completely

 
Textnow is an online cloud based mobile carrier company that let its registered users to call or text to any mobile phone number throughout the world at cheap price. The website let its users to create and edit account information, browse through list of plans and device, offer mobile device with carrier at cheap price, get unlimited call time or send unlimited message at fixed rate.

Textnow company was founded by Gary Fung, Jon Lerner, Derek Ting in February 2009 and currently it is one of the best online e-mail marketing company that can be accessed worldwide. As per currently there are more than 51 employees working in the company.

How To Remove Textnow Account

Currently you cannot delete your account from textnow website. When i am contacted their support team regarding why i cannot delete my account they said for some legal reason you cannot delete your account however you can remove your information from their server or you can change your account information to make it unrecognizable. Its frustrating that we cannot delete textnow account but we can change account information or cancel the account. Both of the method about removing personal information or removing your session and call records from their servers are given below :-

Remove your Profile Information

1. Open text now app and click on three straight line given at top of the page.
2. Once you click three straight line then click on GEAR like icon which takes you to SETTINGS page.
3. On Settings page click on link PROFILE and change your profile information.

To remove your information from their server like call records, session etc

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address legal@enflick.com
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY INFORMATION AND CANCEL ACCOUNT”
4. Now write an email regarding changing your account information to make it look like a dummy account
