It is an American cash back website which was founded in 1998 by Alessandro Isolani and Paul Wasserman with funding from venture capital firm Foundation Capital. Its headquarter is in San Francisco, CA.  Ebates.com launched on May 3, 1999, offering up to 25% cash back from about 40 online retailers. The site acts as a shopping portal offering coupons and cash back from over 2,000 online retailers. Currently, there are more than 44 million members registered with the website.

1. First, open the new web browser.

3. Then, sign in to your account with your correct username and password.
4. After you sign in, your account will open.
5. On the top right corner, there is help button. Press the button.
6. Scroll down the help section.
7. On the down button, you can see contact us as shown in the figure.
8. Click on the link Customer care is here to help.
9. A page will open as shown in the figure.
10. Click on the Please choose the topic and a drop down menu will open where you have to choose email address/Profile change.
11. Then, on the blank space, write about the reason why you want to delete your account.
12. Finally, click Send button.
13. Ebates customer care service department will review your issue and delete your account.

1. First, you have to open your registered email address. Remember that you have to open only your registered email in Ebates account.
2. Now, compose a new email.
3. Enter the email address customercarereply@ebates.com in ‘To’ section.
4. On the subject, please include Request to delete my account
5. Now, given the reason you want to delete your account with your username and password.
6. Click send.
7. They will review your email and delete your account.
