How To Remove Toluna Account

Currently there are two methods to delete your account from Toluna website which is given below:-

Remove Your Account by Sending Form

1. Go through the website url “https://www.toluna.com/” and sign-in to your account.
2. After you sign-in to your account click on your PROFILE PICTURE which is given at top right side of the page.
3. Once you click on your PROFILE PICTURE a drop down menu section will be appeared then click on link ACCOUNT.
4. Now scroll down to bottom of the page and click on link UNSUBSCRIBE OPTION.
5. Once you click on Unsubscribe button it will take you to remove information page here locate section CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT? and click on button DO IT.
6. Once you click on Do it button your account will be deactivated.

Remove Your Account by Sending Mail

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address privacy@toluna.com
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
