Tophatter is an online live auction website that let its users to bid on the displayed item or post your item on the website for bid. The website let its users to create and edit account information, upload picture, browse through list of biding product, place your bid on the product, purchase the bidding product by paying online or post your product for bid. We have received some mails from our website readers that they want to delete their account from Tophatter Website.

How To Remove Tophatter Account

Currently there are two methods to delete your account from Tophatter website which is given below:-

Remove Your Account through Sending Form

1. Go to the following url “https://tophatter.com” and sign-in to your account.
2. After you sign-in to your account click on ACCOUNT link which is given at top right side of the page.
3. Scroll down to bottom of the account page and then click on link CANCEL ACCOUNT.
4. Once you click on Cancel Account a form will be pop-up. On why are you cancelling your account section type your honest reason to delete your account and then click on button CANCEL ACCOUNT.
5. Once you click on Cancel Account button a message will be pop-up regarding “Are you sure You Want To Leave?” then click on OK button to permanently close your account.

Remove Your Account by Sending Mail

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address help@tophatter.com
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
