The website let its users to create and edit account information, browse through list of unique products, purchase the product online and get information and news related to the product. We have received some mails from our website readers that they want to delete their account from Withings Website.

How To Remove Withings Account

Currently there are two methods to delete your account from Withings website and app which is given below:-

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go through the following url “https://www.withings.com” and sign-in to your account.
2. Once you sign-in to your account click on your EMAIL ADDRESS which is given at top right side of the page then a drop down menu section will be appeared.
3. On that drop down menu section click on link SETTINGS.
4. On Settings page click on tab USER which is given at left menu section.
5. Scroll down to bottom of USER tab and then click on button DELETE USER.
6. Now it will take you to users account removal page here click on button DELETE.
7. Now click two times on DELETE ACCOUNT button to permanently delete your account.

Remove Your Account by Sending Mail

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address privacy@withings.com
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
