Headspace is an online digital media service app and website that provide guided meditation training session. The website let its users to create and edit account information, browse through list of meditation session, play variety of meditation session online and subscribe to premium pack to get full list of media content.

How To Remove Headspace Account

Currently there are two ways to delete your account from Headspace website which is given hereunder;

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go through the following url “https://help.headspace.com/hc/en-us/requests/new”.
2. Once you go through the above mentioned it will take you to form a page with titled SUBMIT A REQUEST.
3. No fill out the form under title Submit a Request with the following details.
4. Enter your email address and on subject type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
5. On description type your reason why you are deleting your account and then click on button NEXT.
6. Now it will pop-up a list of question with solution if you find your fix in it then close the tab if not then click on button I STILL NEED HELP and submit the form.

Remove Your Account By Sending Email

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address help@headspace.com
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
