How To Remove Constant Contact Account

Currently there are two ways to delete your account from Constant Contact website which is given below:-

Remove Your Account through Chat

1. Go through the website “https://www.constantcontact.com” and then click on CHAT button given at top right side of the page. (Some it take longer to appear the chat window wait till website loading is complete)
2. Once you click on CHAT button a pop-up window will be launched and shortly you will be in contact with customer agent.
3. Once the agent respond in chat window tell him that you want to delete your account.
4. After the conversation he will tell you that he will send a mail to your email address to confirm that you are the owner of the account.
5. It may take 24 hours to reach the mail to your account wait till that time and once the mail is reached confirm it to permanently delete your account.

Remove Your Account by Sending Mail

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address privacy@constantcontact.in
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION”
4. Now write an email regarding changing your account information to make it look like a dummy account
