How To Remove Course Hero Account

Currently there is only one method to delete your account from Course Hero website which is given below:-
Note:- If you are premium member of the website then first you need to cancel your monthly subscription membership otherwise they will charge for their service. To cancel your monthly membership follow the step given below.

Close Your Membership by Sending Mail

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address billing@coursehero.com
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST YOU TO CLOSE MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION”.
4. Now type your message regarding why you are cancelling your membership and send the form. Within 72 hours you will receive a message that your membership is cancelled.

Once you billing information is cancelled then we can follow the process to delete your account.

Remove Your Account By Sending Form

1. Go to the following url “https://support.coursehero.com/hc/en-us/”.
2. Now you will be redirected to company CUSTOMER SUPPORT page her click on link SUBMIT AN EMAIL.
3. Once you click on Submit an Email link a pop-up form will be appeared which you have to fill by following the direction i will mentioned.
4. On SELECT A CATEGORY choose GENERAL QUESTIONS.
5. On Select an Issue choose MY ACCOUNT.
6. On description box type your message that you want to delete your account.
7. On second step enter your name and email address.
8. Its your choice to fill additional option which is step number 3 otherwise skip it and click on button SUBMIT.
