The website let its users to create and edit account information, upload picture, calculate your income tax return, take snap of your W2 taxes and estimate your tax refunds. We have received some mails from our website readers that they want to delete their account from TurboTax Website.

How To Remove TurboTax Account

Currently there is only one method to delete your account from TurboTax website which is given below:-

Remove Your Account by Calling Agent

1. Go through the website url “https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/#/call”.
2. On contact us section fill out the form details.
3. Enter your First Name and Last Name.
4. Type your Email-Address and Phone Number.
5. On question type I Want To Close My Account and then click on button GET PHONE NUMBER.
6. Once you click on button Get Phone Number a phone number and support ID number has been created. Note down those support ID number and phone number and give it a call to the number. Once you connected to customer support representative tell him to remove your account.

Remove Your Account by Sending Mail

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address privacy@intuit.com
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
