The website let its users to create and edit account information, create and edit new forms, use built-in forms or themes, add widgets and plug-ins to your forms.

How To Remove JotForm Account

Currently there are two ways to remove your account from JotForm which is given below:-

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go to the following url “https://www.jotform.com/contact/”.
2. On Contact Us Page locate the contact form and fill your information like username and email address.
3. On Subject type “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT AND CLOSE MY MEMBERSHIP” (if any).
4. On message box type your honest reason to remove your account, fill captcha and then click on button POST QUESTION. Soon you will receive a message from customer care executive on your email address about account removal.

Remove Your Account by Sending Mail

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address support@jotform.com
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account.
