Currently there is only one way to remove your account from Grindr which is given below:-

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go through the following url “https://help.grindr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new”.
2. Once you go through that url you will be redirected to Submit A Request page here choose DELETE MY PROFILE (IRREVERSIBLE) from drop down list.
3. Once you choose DELETE MY PROFILE option more option like email address, device type option will be appeared fill out the information as directed.
4. On Subject type “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
5. On TELL US ALL ABOUT IT type that your honest reason to delete your account, fill out captcha and then click on SUBMIT button.

Remove Your Account by Sending Mail

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address help@grindr.com
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
