Postmates is an online on-demand delivery service that provide drivers with vehicle to deliver the product on client door steps. The website lets its users to create and edit account information, post your requirement for delivery, pay online or cash for delivery charges and become partner with postmates. We have recently received some mails from our website readers that they want to delete their account from Postmates Website.

How To Remove Postmates Account

Currently there are two ways to delete your account from Postmates website which is given below:-

Remove Your Account Through Form

1. Go to the url “https://help.postmates.com/hc/en-us/requests/new” and choose your account type.
2. Now enter your name, email address, subject, business type and business address.
3. On Description box type that you want to delete your account and tell them the reason.
4. On How can we help option choose HELP ME WITH MY CONTRACT and click on button SUBMIT.

Block Your Account by Sending Email

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address accounthelp@postmates.com
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO BLOCK MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
