How To Remove Pokerstars Account

Currently there are two ways to delete your account from the Pokerstars website which is given below:-

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go to the following url “https://www.pokerstars.com/” and sign-in to your account.
2. After sign-in to your account click on “24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE” link which is given at top right side.
3. Now scroll down and on right bottom side locate section CONTACT SUPPORT.
4. On Contact Support Section click on link OUR TEAM IS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER.
5. Now you will be redirected to form page here enter your email address and choose your language.
6. On Category Choose ACCOUNT.
7. On Sub Category Choose ACCOUNT QUESTIONS.
8. On Subject type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
9. On Message Box Type Your Reason To Delete Your Account and click on button SEND.

Remove Your Account By Sending Email

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address support@pokerstars.com
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
