2. After sign-in to your account click on you will be redirected to account removal page here enter your reason for deleting your account by clicking one option.
3. After choosing one option enter captcha code and click on delete button to permanently delete your account.

Remove Your Account By Sending Form

1. Go to the following url “https://polyvore.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new”.
2. Now enter your email address and on message box type your honest reason to delete your account.
3. On Category choose option Account, Register and Sign-in Issue.
4. Choose which browser you are using an then click on SUBMIT button.
