Sky is an UK based telecommunication company that provide service related to Digital TV Channels, Broadband Internet, Mobile and Fixed Line Telephone Services. The website let its users to create and edit account information, watch news on web portal, check program guide, bills and plan of your account and purchase plans and item from their online store.

How To Remove Sky ID Account

Currently there are two ways to delete your Sky ID account which is given below:-

Remove Your Account through Live Chat

1. Go to the following url “https://contactus.sky.com/uk/sky-id/other-sky-id-queries”.
2. On Live Chat Section given at right side click on START LIVE CHAT button then a pop-up window will appear.
3. Now enter your first name, last name and then choose your sky service and then click on Begin Chat button.
4. Now tell customer representative that you want to delete your account.

Remove Your Account by Sending Mail

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address dp.department@sky.uk
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
