Runkeeper is an online fitness app that let its users to track their fitness activities such as running, cycling and walking through a GPS based system. The website let its users to create and edit account information, choose activity type from list such as walking, skating, snowboarding etc, choose route for your activity, choose workout plan and broadcast yourself so your friend can see where are you doing your fitness activity.

How To Remove Runkeeper Account

Currently there are two ways to delete your Runkeeper account which is given below:-

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go to the following url “http://www.runkeeper.com/” and sign-in to your account.
2. After you sign-in to your account click on GEAR LIKE ICON which is given at top right section then a drop down menu will appear.
3. On the drop down menu click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
4. On Account Settings page click on PROMOTION & PRIVACY link which is given at left menu section.
5. On Privacy Page click on DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT link.
6. On Delete Account Page click on YES, PLEASE DELETE MY RUNKEEPER ACCOUNT.
7. Now enter your password, choose reason for delete your account and then click on YES, PLEASE DELETE MY RUNKEEPER ACCOUNT to permanently remove your account.

Remove Your Account By Sending Mail

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address support@runkeeper.com
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
