Remove Runtastic Account

Runtastic is an online fitness and social networking app that let its users to track their fitness activities such as running, cycling and walking through a GPS based system. The website let its users to create and edit account information, choose activity type from list such as walking, skating, snowboarding etc, choose route for your activity, choose workout plan, get your detailed history of fitness activity and play music while performing your daily workout.

How To Remove Runtastic Account

Currently there are two ways to delete your Runtastic account which is given below:-

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go to the following url “https://www.runtastic.com/” and sign-in to your account.
2. After you sign-in to your account click on your PROFILE PIC which is given at top right side of the page then a drop down menu will appear.
3. On the drop down menu click on SETTINGS.
4. On Settings page click on LOGIN DATA link which is given at left menu section.
5. Now scroll down to bottom and click on DELETE MY ACCOUNT link which is given at right hand side,
6. Once you click on delete my account link a pop-up message will be appear then click on OK to permanently delete your account.

Remove Your Account By Sending Mail

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address delete.account@runtastic.com
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
