How to Remove Coinbase Account Completely
To remove your account, click the 'Close Account' button located near the bottom of the Security Settings page.
Note that you will need to have a zero balance before your account can be closed. If you still have a remaining balance in any of your wallets, you'll need to send your funds to an external wallet or fellow Coinbase user.
If you don't have anywhere to send your remaining funds, you may consider donating to a non-profit such as Khan Academy. They are aimed at providing a free, world-class education to all. To donate, send your remaining balance to donate@khanacademy.org via the Send page.
