How To Remove Bitdefender Account
Currently there are two ways to delete your account from the website which are given below :-
Remove Your Account through Website
- Go to the following url “http://www.bitdefender.com/support/” and you will redirect to support page.
- On Support Page click on Home User Support or Business User which ever you use.
- After you click on the link a pop-up window will appear on product tab choose the product you using from list and on ISSUE REGARDING tab choose FUNCTIONALITY AND HOW’S TO and click on button find help.
- Now scroll down to bottom and click on link OPEN AN EMAIL TICKET.
- On Open a ticket page you need to fill out the form on product choose the product you are using.
- On Category Choose REGISTRATION/MY ACCOUNT.
- Choose you operating system and on message type your reason to delete your account.
- Fill out the rest of the form like name, email, country and when it is done click on button SUBMIT.
Remove Your Account via Chatting
- Go to the following url “http://www.bitdefender.com/support/contact-us.html” and you will redirected to support page.
- On Support Page locate the section Directly contact our Support Team which is given at the right side of search section.
- Under directly contact our support tam you will see four little icon click on CHAT icon.
- On you click on chat icon a pop-up window will appear with four different ask live button but click on Consumer Commercial Support ASK LIVE button.
- After you click on ask live button a small window will appear asking name and email fill-out them and click on START CHAT button.
- Now a customer representative is being connected with you tell him that you want to delete your account with reason.
