ZestMoney is an online lending platform that provides EMI loan to its users so that they can purchase items from various shopping portal. ZestMoney allows its users to create or edit account information, submit KYC form to activate credit limit, transfer money directly to your bank and repay the money without processing or pre-closure charges.

Deactivate Your Account by Sending Email

1. Open your email account that is registered with the application.
2. Now compose an email and enter the email address help@zestmoney.in
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DEACTIVATE MY ZESTMONEY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email in which type your account-related information such as name, phone number etic and state your honest reason regarding deactivating your account.
