1. Go to the following url “https://cougarlife.com/” and log-in to your account.
2. Once you log-in to your account click on link MY ACCOUNT which is given at top right side .
3. On My Account Page Scroll Down and click on link DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT.
4. On Delete Your Account Page click on link CONTINUE TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
5. Once you click on continue to delete my account you will redirect to new page where you need to enter your reason for leaving your account and have to choose a recommendation level once it’s done scroll down to bottom and click on DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT.

Remove Your Account by Filling Form

1. Go to the following url “https://cougarlife.com/contact_us”.
2. Once you go through the url you will redirect to CONTACT US.
3. On Contact Us Page Enter Email Address and on Subject Type Request To Delete My Account.
4. On Category Choose TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
5. On Message Box Type Your Honest Reason For Deleting Your Account and click on button SEND MESSAGE.
