Currently there are two ways to delete your account from H&M website which is given below :-

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go through the following url “https://www.hm.com” and choose your country.
2. Now scroll down to bottom of the page and click on link CUSTOMER SERVICE given under section HELP.
3. Now you will be redirected to Customer Service page here on Contact Us Section click on link SEND AN EMAIL TO US.
4. Now scroll down and fill-up the contact form.
5. On Subject Area choose WEBSITE.
6. On Add your question message box type you want to delete your account.
7. Now enter your name and email address then click on button SEND.

Remove Your Account By Sending Email

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address info@hm.com
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
