Remove Account By Sending Email

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address sortalhelpdesk@bsnl.co.in
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY BSNL PORTAL ACCOUNT”
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account

Remove Account By Visiting Office

1. Go to your nearest BSNL bill collection office.
2. Ask the receptionist that you want to delete your online bsnl portal account.
3. Fill out the form she given to you and submit it.
4. After the submission of form your account will deactivated within a week.
