Howto Remove Wattpad.com Account

1. Log into your account
2. Click your username in the upper right-hand corner
3. Select Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom right of your screen
5. Click on Close Account (it’s to the right of the ‘About Me’ text box)

This will bring you to a question page that will ask you why you are closing your account. Please fill it out and confirm you wish to delete your account and it will be deleted.

Please do not try to sign in to your account again to check if it has been closed; there is a feature called ‘Self-restoration‘ that will restore your account if you try to log in again.
Instead, try typing in wattpad.com/user/yourusernamehere – replacing ‘yourusernamehere’ with the username of the account that you just closed. If you’ve closed your account, then you should get a ‘User not found’ page.
