2. After enter that url you will be redirected to submit a request page.
3. Now enter your email, name, language.
4. On support category choose OTHER.
5. On Description type you want to delete your account and enter your reason for deleting account.
6. After enter every detail click on submit button.

Remove Your Account By Sending Email

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address support@tidalhifi.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write a mail to delete your account sample given here and click send.

This process may take upto 24 to 72 hours to remove your profile from the database.
