CaptainU is an Online Web Portal for Athletes and Coaches that provide platform for athlete to promote their talent and coaches to find out that talent and build a strong team. The website provides option to create or edit account information, add or browse through list of online profiles, promote your talent via adding your game-play video and send messages to coaches or athlete to recruit him on your team.
How to Remove Captain U Account
Currently there is only one way to remove your account from Captain U app which is mentioned below:-
Remove your account via Email
- First sign-in to your account and change your subscription plan to free bronze membership by navigate to plan page. If you are already a bronze member then leave this option and jump to second step.
- Open your email account that is registered with account.
- Now compose a email and enter the email address help@captainu.com
- On Subject Type “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
- Now write an email regarding deleting your account sample given here and click on send button. Make sure you mention athlete name and email address at body section of email before sending it. This action is not reversible which means your account and data associated with it will be gone forever.
