The website provides option to create or edit account information, browse through list of concert added on the website, apply for free ticket to concert and check information related to the show you are visiting.

How to Remove 1iota Account

Currently there is only one way to delete your account from 1iota which is given below:-

Remove your Account through Form Submitting

1. Go to the following url “https://help.1iota.com/support/tickets/new”.
2. On Requester type your email address.
3. On Subject  Type “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. After that choose your device and browser information.
5. On Description text box type your honest reason to delete your account and click on submit button.

Remove your Account through Email

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address support@1iota.com
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account sample given here and send the mail to the support team.
