1. Go to the following url http://service.path.com/customer/portal/emails/new
2. On Email Us Form Write Your Name and Enter your Email Address
3. On Inquiry Type Choose Close and Deactivation Account
4. Write subject and enter your message on delete your account and click on send mail

Remove Your Account By Using App

1. Open iOS App and Tap on Moments -> Settings -> Account -> Disable / Delete Account.
2. Open Android App and Tap on Menu Icon -> Settings -> Account -> Disable / Delete Account.

Note : It may take upto 24 to 72 hours to respond for email/form you sent to delete your account
