Currently there are two methods to delete your account from Jaumo which are given below :-

Remove Your Account Through App

1. Open Jaumo App and click on three straight line (MENU) given at top left menu a new menu will appear.
2. On this menu click on SETTINGS.
3. On settings page scroll down to account section and then click on DELETE ACCOUNT.
4. After you click on Delete Account a pop-up menu will appear about the confirmation of deleting account click on YES to delete your account.
5. Now uninstall the app to permanently delete your account.

Remove Your Account By Sending Mail

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address info@jaumo.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.

It may take upto 24 to 72 hours for the company to respond back to the form you sent so check your mail regularly.
