Remove DHGate Account

 

DHGate is an online business to business ecommerce website that lets its users to purchase bulk item at cheap price. The website lets its user to create or edit account information, purchase bulk or single order at cheap price, make payment to product using their website. We have received some mails from our website readers that they want to delete their account from DHGate Website. 

How to Remove DHGate Account

Currently there are two ways to delete your account from DHGate website which is given below:-

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go to the following url “http://www.dhgate.com/” and log-in with your account.
2. Once you log-in to your account then scroll down to HELP link which is given at top right section once you scroll over to help a drop down link will appear then click on CUSTOMER SERVICE.
3. On Customer Service page click on button MESSAGE DHGATE.
4. Once you click on Message Dhgate then a pop-up message will appear click on link CONTINUE TO MESSAGE DHGATE.
5. Now click on Registration and Account Issue then click on MANAGING MY DHGATE ACCOUNT  will appear right below the registration and account issue button.
6. On Manage my DHgate then click on link HOW CAN I CANCEL MY DHGATE ACCOUNT?.
7. Now click on Message Dhgate link then you will redirect to form page.
8. On Message Dhgate page fill out details like Name and Email.
9. On Subject type REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
10. On Message Box type your honest reason to delete your account and then click on SUBMIT button.

Remove Your Account via Online Chat

1. Go to the following url “http://www.dhgate.com/contact/contactUs.do”.
2. On contact us page click on ONLINE CHAT button.
3. Once you click on online chat button you will redirected to sign-in account.
4. Once you sign-in to your account you will redirect to online chat page.
5. Connect with customer service support executive then tell him to delete your account.
