Jeevansathi is an online matrimonial website that let its users to find and chat with their soul mates. The website lets its users to create and edit account information, upload pictures, search members profile from the list of database, chat with members, view their contact address and send interest to the profile.

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go to the website “http://www.jeevansathi.com/” and log-in to your account.
2. Once you log-in to your account then click on PROFILE PICTURE which is given at top right corner then a drop down menu will appear.
3. On that drop down menu click on HIDE/DELETE Profile.
4. Now there are two section will displayed one is hide profile it is used when you want to hide your profile like nobody search your profile for that day or certain day whichever you enter and other delete profile but we want to delete the profile.
5. On delete profile section choose your reason for deleting, enter your password and click on button delete my account to permanently remove your profile.

Remove Your Account via Sending Mail

1. Open your email account that is registered with happier.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address help@jeevansathi.com
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
