Moonpig is an UK based e-commerce store that let its users to purchase Gifts, Flowers and Card for any Occasion. The website lets its users to create and edit account information, browse through list of gifts and flowers, purchase items online and like or give rating to the product.

How To Remove Moonpig Account

Currently there are two ways to delete your account from Moonpig website which is given below:-

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go to the following web address “https://www.moonpig.com” and sign-in to your account.
2. Once you sign-in toy your account click on HELP link which is given at top right side of the page.
3. Once you click on Help link a drop-down menu will appear then click on E-Mail-Us Button.
4. Now fill-out the email form on What product is this related to choose NO PRODUCT.
5. On What Query is about Choose MANAGE ACCOUNT.
6. Now on How We Can Help You Type you want to delete your account and tell your reason why you want to delete your account and submit form.
7. Once you submit for a popup option appear about confirming form submission click on FINISH SUBMITTING FORM whith 48 hour hour you receive an e-mail about your account removal.

Remove Your Account by Sending Email

1. Open your email account that is registered with happier.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address help@moonpig.com
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
