Remove Your Account through Form Filling
- Go to the following url “https://support.sittercity.com/hc/en-us”.
- Now you will be redirected to support page here locate the section ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT and click on link I NEED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
- Now click on link SIMPLY FILL OUT THIS FORM and you will be redirected to google forms.
- Now fill out the information like first name, last name, email address and then click on SUBMIT button. It may take upto 48 hours for the company to respond to your email address about the information on removing your account.
Remove Your Account by Sending Mail
- Open your email account that is registered with account.
- Now compose a email and enter the email address support@sittercity.com
- On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
- Now write an email regarding deleting your account
