We're not very impressed with Loveswans.com. From the evidence we've gathered and what we can tell it doesn't seem like it's a real dating service to interact with real Russian and Ukrainian women. How To Cancel Your Paid Subscriotion

1. In order to cancel your paid subscription you must contact their support staff by emailing them at support@loveswans.com.
2. You need to have a written statement that states that you, the buyer, are canceling this Agreement, or words of similar effect.".
3. Include your name and email adress in the email message.

How To Remove Your Profile

Unfortunately from our due diligence we couldn't find out how to delete a profile on Love Swans. We looked everywhere on the site but found nothing. The best we can do for you is to tell you to change all of the information in your profile so that way no one can connect your profile to you. First we strongly suggest deleting all your profile pictures and from there changing your personal information including your age, your location and everything else about you. Follow the instructions below.

1. Login to Loveswans.com.
2. Then go to the profile page.
3. Click on the pencil icon next to your name on the profile page.
4. Then change your age and your name and click the green save button.
5. Click on the pencil icon next to the "About Me".
6. Then change your location, height, body type, marital status etc and then click the green save button..

How To Stop Receiving Emails

1. Go to this page to unsubscribe from emails.
2. Enter your email address, then click unsubscribe.
3. This will stop all unwanted email messages.

How To Request A Refund

In order to request a refund you have to provide relevant information and or evidence regarding why you want a refund from the site.
