How to  Remove  nick account Completely
1. Navigate to Nick.com.
 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the
"Report a Concern" link.
 3. Enter your account email address and nickname in
the Report a Concern window. Click the option "Technical concern" and enter
"Delete Account" in the Please Describe Your Concern box.
 4. Click "Submit." 
 5. Check your email for confirmation from Nick.com that your account has been
removed. This can take up to two to three business days.

OR
Go to http://nick.com. Click the "Report a Concern" link (bottom of the page). Enter your account's email address and nickname in the "Report a Concern" window. Click the option "Technical concern" and enter "Delete Account" in the "Please Describe Your Concern box" and click the submit button.
