Remove your account through Website

1. Go through the following URL “http://www.justcloud.com” and sign-in to your account.
2. Once you sign-in to your account you will be redirected to DASHBOARD page here on Control Panel click on link MY ACCOUNT.
3. On Account Page scroll down and click on link REMOVE ACCOUNT.
4. Follow a simple step to delete your account permanently from just cloud website.

Remove your account via Email

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address cancel@justcloud.com
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account sample given here and click on send button.
