Fitbit is a online e-commerce company that deal in technology related product like wearable product, wireless product and activity tracking related devices. I have recently received mail from our website readers that they want to delete their account from Fitbit website.

How To Remove Fitbit Account

There are two methods to delete your account from Fitbit website which are given below :-

Remove Your Account Through Website

1. Go to the Following url “http://help.fitbit.com/?CU=1” and login to your account.
2. After you login to your account click on EMAIL US button.
3. Once you click on email us button a list of scroll down menu of products will appear on bottom of the list click on link NOT SURE / NO PRODUCT.
4. Once you click on link another drop down menu related platform appear on bottom of that list click on link NOT SURE / OTHER.
5. Once you click on link other window will appear here click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
6. Once you click on account setting a new help page appear with many question here you have to click button EMAIL – US.
7. When you click on email-us a form will appear enter your name, email address, country and type reason of deleting your account and click SUBMIT button. Within 48 hours you will receive a message in your mailbox that your account will be deleted.

Remove Your Account By Sending Email

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address support@fitbit.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write a mail to delete your account sample given here and click send.
