Remove Your Account Through through Website

1. Go to the Following url “http://livewebapp.gameloft.com/glive/login” and sign-in to your account.
2. After you login-in to your account click on your AVATAR ICON two times which is given at top left side.
3. Now scroll down to bottom of the page and click on DELETE ACCOUNT Button given at bottom left section.
4. Once you click on delete account button it will take you to confirmation page ENTER YOUR PASSWORD here and click on SUBMIT Button.
5. Once you click on submit open your registered email account and wait for the company the mail you may receive a mail from gameloft within a few minute. On that mail copy the web link given at below will be like this https://livewebapp.gameloft.com/scripts/deleteaccount? and key code copy all and paste on your browser and hit enter.
6. Now enter your password again and hit SUBMIT button to delete your account.

Remove Your Account By Sending Email

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address PrivacyPolicyGameloft@gameloft.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write a mail to delete your account sample given here and click send.

This process may take upto 24 to 48 hours to remove your account from their database.
