1. Go to the Following url “http://www.twitch.tv/settings” and login to your account.
2. After you login to your account you will be redirected to settings page. On settings page click on PROFILE Tab.
3. On Profile Tab Scroll down to bottom of the page and click on link DISABLE YOUR ACCOUNT.
4. Once you click on disable your account link you will be redirected to confirmation page to delete your account.
5. Fill the details like password and reason of leaving and click on disable account button to remove your account from their dayabase.

Remove Your Account By Sending Email

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address support@twitch.tv
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write a mail to delete your account sample given here and click send.

This process may take upto 24 to 48 hours to remove your account from their database.
