2. Now tell the customer care representative to delete your account he will start asking question related to your account which are Your username, Your email address, reason for removal. Remove Your Account by Sending Mail

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address privacy@zipcar.com
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
