How To Remove Zappos Account

There are two methods to delete your account from zappos website which are given below :-

Remove Your Account Through Live Chat

1. Go to the following zappos.com website and sign-in to your account.
2. Scroll down to bottom of the page and locate CUSTOMER SERVICE Section.
3. On Customer Service Section click on CONTACT INFO Page.
4. On Contact Information Page Scroll Down To Section CONNECT WITH LIVE CHAT and click on link GO AHEAD – START CONVERSATION.
5. A new page will so you can chat with customer service representative tell him about you want to delete your account and reason for deleting.

Remove Your Account By Sending Email

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address cs@zappos.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.

This process will change your account information from the page and make you relax and forgot about your account in few weeks.
