Second Life is an online virtual world, developed and owned by the San Francisco-based firm Linden Lab and launched on June 23, 2003. By 2013, Second Life had approximately 1 million regular users.

 How to Remove a Second life account

  •  1  Go to secondlife.com and sign in to your account

by entering your username and password

  • Choose ‘Account’ in the left menu => ‘Delete account’ in the sub-menu


upon arrival in the Dashboard.

  •  Scroll down and hit the red Delete account button

The ‘current status’ of your account will change to: Cancellation pending

The line ‘Account goes on hold’ indicates when exactly your account will be removed.
