Neopets (originally NeoPets) is a virtual pet website. Visitors can create accounts, own virtual pets ("Neopets"), and buy virtual items for them using one of two virtual currencies, one of which can be earned within the site and the other of which can be purchased with real-world money.
How to Remove your Neopets account
To do this, make sure you are logged into the account you wish to deactivate, and then visit the remove account page (http://www.neopets.com/remacct.phtml) and enter your password. You can also submit a ticket to remove your account by clicking on the "Request Support" tab.
