Remove CodePen Account Completely
To Remove your account, log in, then go to your Settings page. You can select Settings from the user menu in the header, or visit http://codepen.io/settings/. On the Settings page, make sure you're on the Account tab. Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section, and click the black "Delete Account" button.
