Subject: Request to delete my account
Message (example):
Dear iLove support team,
I recently created a profile in your app, but I would like to delete it as I’m in a relationship now. However, I can’t find a delete button in your app.
Can you please remove my account?
Username: (enter nickname)
Email address that’s associated with my iLove account: (enter email address)
Thanks in advance for keeping me posted about this request.
Kind regards,
(enter your name)
A few hours later, I received an email from the iLove service team. Their customer service will react very professionally and won’t make any problem of the fact that you want to remove your account.
They confirm that they can close the account, but all you will need to do, is send them:
Email address you have used to create your profile on ilove.com (or within the iLove app)
Username
Date of birth
They ask you this for the security of your account. Once you’ve replied to them answering these 3 things, they will remove your profile.
