Remove a Jabong account Completely

How to Remove a Jabong account

I contacted the customer support on care@jabong.com, requesting them to delete my account.

They made me understand that they can’t remove the account itself. However, they do can

    Unsubscribe you from promotional emails
    Delete the text messages from your account

If that’s something you want, all you need to is send an email to them, requesting them to do this.

Due to the fact that they can’t remove our account, we’re going to remove the personal data in it ourselves in the next steps.

•  2  First thing to do: go to jabong.com

and sign in to your account with your email address and password

•  3  Select My account

it’s in the right top corner.

 4  Scroll down and click on Personal Info

It’s under Profile

•  5  Click on the Edit info button
•  6  Remove your personal data

You can delete all your personal info like

    First name
    Last name
    Date of birth
    Mobile phone number

and keep it empty or change it to dummy info like ‘Lorem Ipsum’. From now your account will be unrecognizable.
