WebMD is an American corporation which provides health information
services. At webMD you will find information regarding your health as
well as the tools for managing your health.
WebMD is an online medical database that lets users research medical
conditions, medicines, diets and anything else health related. If you
create a WebMD account, you can keep track of your health history via
the websites "Health Record" feature.
Follow the procedure below to remove the account

Open the computer's Web browser and navigate to the WebMD home page.
Click the "WebMD Health Record" link at the bottom of the WebMD home
page.

Click the "Sign In" button on the WebMD Health Manager page. Enter
your WebMD Health Manager username and password in the spaces provided
and click the "Go" button to sign into your account.

Click the "Health Record" link at the top of your WebMD Health
Manager home page. Your health record summary will now appear in the
WebMD Health Manager window.

Click the title of the first health record item beneath the "Health
Record Summary" heading. Click the "Delete" button, followed by the
"Delete This Entry" button.

Repeat Step 4 for the rest of the items in your Health Record Summary.
