How to Remove Compatible Partners account?

Closing your Compatible Partners account can be done via our website by following these steps:

1. Log into your Compatible Partners account
2. From your membership home page, select “My Settings”, then “Account Settings”
3. In the Subscription Status section, click the “Close Account” or “Cancel My Subscription” link
4. Provide the information requested

Once you close your account:

• All of your matches will be closed
• Your profile information including any communication will no longer be available to your matches
• Your profile will no longer be matched with other members
