How To Remove Babbel Account

Currently there are two ways to delete your account from the website which are given below :-

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go to the following url “https://www.babbel.com/” and sign-in toy your account.
2. After you sign-in to your account click on your USERNAME which is given at top right section then a drop-down menu will appear.
3. On drop down menu click on link PROFILES AND SETTINGS.
4. On profile and settings page click on SETTINGS link which is given at left menu section.
5. Now scroll down to bottom of settings page and click on link REMOVE YOUR BABBEL ACCOUNT which is given at bottom right section.
6. Once you click on link a new pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation to delete your account click on OK button.
7. Once you click on OK button sign-in to your email account and check for mail from Babbel Company soon you will receive mail open the mail and click on button REMOVE to permanently delete your account.

REMOVE Your Account By Sending Mail

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address info@en.babbel.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write a mail to delete your account sample given here and click send.
