How To Remove Authy Account

 

Authy is a online security app that lets its users to activate multiple level authentication on their online account to give extra security. We have received some mails from our website readers that they want to delete their account from Authy App.

How To Remove Authy Account

Currently there are two ways to delete your account from the website which is given below :-

Remove Your Account Through Website

1. Go to the following url “https://www.authy.com/login/” and sign-in to your account.
2. After you sign-in to your account click on your username which is given at the top right section then a drop down menu will appear.
3. On that drop down menu click on ACCOUNT.
4. On Account Page scroll down to bottom and locate the section delete account.
5. On Delete Account section click on button REMOVE.
6. When you click on delete button a pop up window appear related to confirmation on delete account click on OK to delete your account.

Remove Your Account through Form

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address support@authy.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write a mail to delete your account sample given here and click send.
